선정 기준: - 자발적으로 동의서를 서면으로 제출하고 프로토콜 요구사항을 준수하는 환자 - 영상학적으로 절제 가능한 원발성 췌장 종양이 있는 환자 - 육안으로 완전 절제(R0 및 R1)된 조직병리학적 또는 세포학적으로 확진된 PDAC 환자 - AJCC 제8판 기준 췌장암 수술 병기가 T1-3, N0-2, M0인 환자 - ECOG 수행능력 0 또는 1인 환자 - 기대 여명이 6개월 이상인 환자 - 수술 합병증에서 회복된 환자 - 적절한 장기 기능이 있는 환자 - 가임기 환자가 적절한 피임법을 사용하려는 경우. 제외 기준: - 다른 병리학적 유형의 존재 - 다른 임상 연구에 참여 중인 경우 - 화학요법, 방사선 치료, 표적 치료, 면역 치료 등 췌장암 치료를 받은 적이 있는 경우 - 연구 치료 시작 전 28일 이내, 연구 치료 중, 또는 연구 치료 종료 후 90일 이내에 약독화 생백신을 접종할 계획이 있는 경우 - 첫 투여 전 4주 이내에 발생한 심각한 감염 - 초기 투여 전 14일 이내에 글루코코르티코이드 또는 기타 면역억제제 투여가 필요한 경우 - 급성 췌장염 또는 아임상적 췌장염 - 활동성 자가면역 질환 - 면역 치료제 및 관련 약물에 알레르기가 있는 경우 - 동종 장기 이식 또는 동종 조혈모세포 이식 병력 - 비장절제술 병력 - 활동성 결핵 - 간질성 폐렴의 알려진 병력 또는 강력한 의심 - 임상적으로 유의한 간 질환 - 조절되지 않거나 심각한 심혈관 질환 - 심각한 출혈 경향 또는 응고 장애 병력 - 지난 3년 이내의 활동성 악성 종양 - 활동성 매독 감염 - 연구자가 판단하기에 본 연구 참여에 부적절한 기타 상황

Inclusion Criteria:

Voluntarily signed the informed consent form and complied with protocols requirements
Patients with radiographically resectable primary pancreatic tumors
Histopathology or cytology confirmed resected PDAC with macroscopic complete resection (R0 and R1)
Pancreatic cancer surgical staging per AJCC 8th edition staging: T 1-3, N0-2, M0
ECOG 0 or 1
Life expectancy ≥ 6 months
Surgical complications have recovered,
Adequate organ function
Patients with fertility are willing to use an adequate method of contraception.

Exclusion Criteria:

The presence of other pathologic types
Participating in another clinical study
Have received treatment for pancreatic cancer, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy,etc
Plan to receive a live-attenuated vaccine within 28 days prior to initiation of study treatment or during the study treatment or within 90 days after the end of study treatment
Severe infection occurs within 4 weeks prior to the first dose
Requiring systemic therapy with glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive drugs within 14 days prior to initial administration.
Acute pancreatitis or subclinical pancreatitis
Active autoimmune disease
Allergic to immunotherapies and related drugs
History of allogeneic organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Splenectomy history
Active tuberculosis
Known or highly suspected history of interstitial pneumonia.
Clinically significant liver disease
Uncontrolled or severe cardiovascular disease.
Severe bleeding tendency or history of coagulopathy
Active malignancy within the last 3 years
Active syphilis infection
Any other situations that are not suitable for inclusion in this study judged by investigator.
