시험 개요¶
이 연구는 절제 가능성 경계형(borderline resectable) 및 국소 진행성 췌장암(locally advanced pancreatic cancer) 환자를 대상으로 저분할 방사선치료(hypofractionated radiotherapy), AG 항암화학요법, 그리고 camrelizumab 면역요법을 병용하는 선행암치료(neoadjuvant therapy)의 효과를 평가합니다. 수술 전환율(surgical conversion rate)과 단기 및 장기 치료 결과를 확인하는 것이 목적입니다. 목표 환자 수는 30명이며 2상 임상시험(PHASE2)으로 진행됩니다.

선정 기준: - 18세에서 75세 사이의 남성 또는 여성 - 미국 동부 앙코로그룹(ECOG) 수행능력 상태 0-1 - 췌장에 위치한 종양이며 병리학적 진단이 췌장관선암(pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) 또는 선방세포암(acinar cell carcinoma)인 경우 - 원격 전이가 없음 - 췌장 종양이 십이지장에서 1cm 이상 떨어져 위치함 - 임상적으로 국소 진행성이거나 절제 경계형으로 평가됨 - 면역계 질환, 기타 악성 종양, 심근경색, 관상동맥질환, 기타 심뇌혈관질환, 갑상선 기능 이상, 간·신장 질환, 정신 질환, 감염성 질환 등의 병력이 없음 - 연구 참여 의지와 좋은 순응도를 보이고 서면 동의서를 작성함
제외 기준: - 선정 기준을 충족하지 않는 환자 - 인지 능력이 저하되어 질문에 답하거나 설문지를 작성할 수 없는 경우 또는 정신 장애 - 연구자가 부적절하다고 판단하는 경우

Inclusion Criteria:
- Age:18 to 75 years old, male or female;
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-1;
- Tumor was located in the pancreas;
- Pathological diagnosis was pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or acinar cell carcinoma;
- No distant metastasis;
- The pancreatic tumor is located more than 1cm away from the duodenum；
- Clinical assessment was locally advanced or critical for resectable.
Locally advanced pancreatic cancer diagnostic criteria: (1) due to tumor invasion, venous occlusion or involving a wide range of superior mesenteric vein branch of jejunum, cannot safely - superior mesenteric vein reconstruction. ② (pancreatic head/uncinate process tumors) tumor contact with superior mesenteric artery or celiac artery > 180°. Tumor contact with superior mesenteric artery or coeliac trunk artery > 180°, tumor contact with coeliac trunk artery and invasion of abdominal aorta.

Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients who did not meet these inclusion criteria;
- Poor cognitive ability, inability to answer questions, inability to fill out questionnaires, or mental disorders;
